James Scott Richardson, is a Canadian white supremacist〔(White supremacists fined for spreading hate on the internet ) CBC News, 10 March 2006, archived (here ).〕 and was a member of the Tri-City Skins, associate of Alex Kulbashian of Toronto, and leader of the Canadian Ethnic Cleansing Team (CECT).
